General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a sauna and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

15 km to the northwest from Joensuu, lake Jyrinjärvi 20 m (0.3 km²), steep slope to the beach (stepped stone path with railing ), sand bottom, pontoon pier, 4-5 m shallow and then deepens quickly, water depth at the end of the pier is about 2 m.

Yard area: pine terrain (no lawn) in accordance with the natural type. This option is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the steep terrain.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
