General

The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

58 km to the southeast from Rovaniemi, lake Siika-Kämä 25 m, (length 2 km, width 800 m), gently deepening beach, sand bottom, pier, own rowing boat.

Living room/kitchen, 2 beds in the bedroom, spreadable sofa in another bedroom, double bed and 3 separate beds in the loft, sauna, washroom/WC, utility room, 2 separate WC (another in connection with the loft) and large terrace (70 m²).
Outdoor whirlpool available (electrically heated, immediately ready).
Cooking hut. Villa Lystikämä is a cozy villa located on a private cape in the middle of a nice beach landscape. Location is safe and private.
The nearest neighbor is the owner, whose lakeside sauna is located within 50 m distance. The cabin has its own road connection and yard in the cape.

Good fishing waters right off the beach. Fish species in the lake: pike perch, pike and perch.
Good terrains for picking berries including cloudberries. In shares use with one other cottage: 1 km long nature trail with lean-to and an outdoor fireplace.
There are sheep and chickens on the owner’s farm in the summer (between 15.6. and 30.9.). The Distance to the owner’s farm is about 120 m. Guests are welcome to visit and observe the animals.
Sledding hill for children, sleds are available.
The owner makes a ski trail starting from the yard of the cabin, the length is about 5 km.
Snowmobile tours and guidance services available by a separate fee from the owner. There is also a possibility to rent Irbis snowmobile from the owner. This snowmobile is small-sized and slower than many other snowmobiles, that is why it is ideal for an ice fishing trip, for example.
Pick up service from the airport by an extra fee.

Ranua Zoo 50 km, Ounasvaara ski resort 60 km, Arctic Circle 70 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 30 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Villa lystikämä in Rovaniemi you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
