A wooden semi detached apartment, built in 1986, renovated and extended 2008. Living room, kitchen (no door), bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds, third bedroom with 5 beds. Sauna, washroom, dressing room, separate toilet, game room upstairs (not for sleeping), covered terrace and open terrace.
The washroom has a bath tub and toilet. An cable TV and Wi-Fi. As an extra beds 4 mattresses, which can be placed where needed.
In the yard there is a slide and a sandbox for children. Spacious and well-equipped apartment on the big riverbank right next to the city center. The distance to the center is 6 km, so Villa Lehmus is an excellent base for active holidaymakers. Rovaniemi's services are easily accessible, local bus stop less than 100 meters away.
