Next to the sauna, there is a hot tub embedded in the terrace. The hot tub is heated by dieseloil. The hot tub is available in summer and in winter. Guests can heat the hot tub by themselves, but heating, draining and washing are also available from the owner at an additional cost (€ 150).
In connection with the lakeside sauna, there is a terrace with summer kitchen. The summer kitchen has a barbecue and terrace has a table for 6 people. In addition, closer to the lake is a separate campfire site. In windy weather or when the rain comes unexpectedly, there is also a covered cooking area with round log-built dining table for 4 people and a magnificent fireplace where you can fry sausages or even make blazed salmon.

Official snowmobile trail network is within 2 km distance from the cabin. The snowmobile trail network extends in Rovaniemi and Kemijärvi.

Lake Vanttausjärvi, located in the middle of the magnificent hill landscapes, is a dream destination for fishermen in summer and winter. In winter, big perch are waiting for anglers, and in summer, trollers get handsome pike perch catches from the lake. The distance to the nearest casting-friendly fishing destination is about 10 km, and fishing permits for the area can be bought from the shop in Vanttauskoski. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
