A well-equipped separate lakeside cottage in a beautiful and quiet location on the shore of Lake Yli-Suolijärvi (lake size approx. 50 km x 2 km), location 84 km northwest of Kuusamo.
25 m to the swimming beach: deep, hard and soft beach, sanded clay bottom, own boat.
A log building with a renovated kitchen and renewed floor surfaces in the summer of 2023 (year of construction 1993). Living room kitchen, sauna (electric stove), washroom, toilet, terrace. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 beds. Well maintained yard and garden area with lawn. From cottage a gentle slope down to the lake shore.
Tap water comes from a spring.
The bicycles shown in the pictures are for renters' use for free.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
