General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a sauna and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

200 km to the north from Rovaniemi, 50 km to the northwest from Kittilä municipality center, lake Jerisjärvi 35 m (length 12 km, width 5 km) shallow beach, sand bottom, a pier and rowing boat.

Log cabin, inner walls are paneled, built in 2002. Living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with double bed (width 200 cm and 180 cm), downstairs there is also a sofa bed (bed size 140x190cm).
Loft, sauna, washroom with bathtub and separate shower, WC and terrace.

Please note, only a small or midsize pet (height under 40 cm) is allowed for an extra fee.

Lappi's Dream House (former name Sarah ́s Dreamhome in Lapland) is a spacious villa by the large lake (35m) close to the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park and handsome mountain landscapes.
Hiking trails and services of National Park are well reachable.
Several ski resorts within a comfortable driving distance. Pallastunturi 20 km, Olos 25 km, Levi 33 km, Äkäslompolo 40 km.
Muonio and border crossing point to Sweden 30 km. River Muonionjoki and salmon fishing facilities 30 km.

Bed linen in place and final cleaning are included in the prices.

There is a lake/open water less than 40 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Sarah´s dreamhome in lapland in Kittilä you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
