Detailed information
255 km to the north from Rovaniemi, in the tourist center of Saariselkä in Laanila area. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, park forest on the other side of the house.
Apartment made from the log panel in a semi-detached house, built in 2003. Living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, both with 2 beds, sauna, washroom and separate WC.
Car shelter and cold storage, which can also be used for ski waxing. Please note that each user must clean the ski maintenance room himself, thank you.

Final cleaning is included in reservations made after 25.10.22.
Fireplace wood is included in the reservation, a maximum of 1 box + firewood rack. Metso-Pirtti is a cozy apartment. Hiking services can be reached easily. Ski trail within 700 meters distance (distance is along the road).
There is a chest freezer located in outdoor storeroom. Apartment is equipped with air source heat pump, which can also be used for cooling in summer.
Charging of electric and hybrid cars is prohibited.
Internet connection maximum 50 Mb
Cafe Savottakahvila 800 m. Distance to the services of Saariselkä tourist center is about 3-4 km.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
