General

This holiday home for 6 persons has three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a sauna and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

40 km to the east from Lahti, river Kymijoki 25 m, hard, sand/gravel bottom, deepens quickly after 5 meters, pier and rowing boat.

Nice views over the river Kymijoki from top of the cliff. There is a fence on the edge of the cliff, but children must be watched in the yard area, the drop is 5-6 meters.
The same owner has rental cabins 15096, 15097, 15098 and 15099 within a distance of a few hundred meters.
If the snow condition allows, the owner makes a ski trail about 100 meters away, length of the trail will be 1-2 km.

Electric and fuel-operated outboard motors, bicycles and fishing gear for rent, ask directly from the owner.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
