General

This holiday home for 16 persons has seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Note! FOR THE NEW YEAR and Midsummer, there is a 250 euros DEPOSIT PAYMENT to be paid on arrival by cash. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure when everything is in proper condition.

45 km to the east from Lahti, lake Kirkkojärvi 30 m (length 4 km, width 3,5 km), hard, gently deepening sand bottom, rocky beach near pier, rowing boat.

Log villa built in 2003, extended in 2020, the old part has living room, kitchen, bedroom (12 m²) double bed, bunk bed in the sleeping area, washroom with shower and WC, loft (20 m²) with four beds. Glazed terrace.

The extension part has dining area and kitchen, bedroom (15 m²) double bed and junior bed, another bedroom (15 m²) two beds, third bedroom (12 m²) two beds and bedroom/office room (12 m²) sofa bed for two.
Indoor sauna with electric sauna stove, shower, separate WC, large terrace area.

Lakeside sauna with wood-burning sauna stove, sofa bed (two alternative beds), TV, fridge and stove.

Motorboat (Buster 50 hp) for rent. The rental price is 100 euro/day, extra day 50 euro. Please contact directly to the guardian. The boat rental includes 10 liters fuel, wetsuit, wakeboard, water skis and pull ring.
An electric outboard motor for the rowing boat is also for rent.

If you wish, you can ask heating of the hot tub or the lakeside sauna carried out for the agreed time, price 100 euro. Payments in cash to the guardian on site.

The rent for the smoke sauna is 200 euro/heating. The smoke sauna cannot be heated on its own. If you order smoke sauna heating at the same time with heating of the hot tub and the lakeside sauna, the price is 100 euro.

Possibility of ice swimming in winter.

There are some limitations on the availability of the additional services during the frosty season.

Water from the well may have sometimes color issues, it is recommended to bring your own drinking water with you.

The property is rented only to families and couples and others who enjoy a peaceful holiday. The property is not rented to groups consisting of under 30 year old people. Please respect the peace of the neighbors.

Le Club 44 is a high-quality rental villa on a large and quiet plot close to amenities.
The destination is ideal, for example, for two families or even for a larger group of guests.

The power plug can be used to charge an electric car for an additional fee of €10/car/visit, charging preferably at night, payment to the caretaker.
It is possible to get a catering service to the villa, ask details from the guardian.

Services of Kausala 4 km (shops, bus and train connections), Iitti Golf 9 km, KymiRing (motor racing circuit) 12 km, Kouvola and Tykkimäki 25 km, Lahti 45 km, Valkmusa National Park 57 km, Lappeenranta 111 km, Helsinki 134 km.

Long stairs to the beach (ascent of 40 m on a distance of 7-8 m) also serve as excellent fitness stairs.

There will be construction work (storage building) about 50 m from the cabin. It does not cause any harm to the guests since construction work will be done only when there aren't any guests in the cabin.

There is a lake/open water less than 30 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Le club 44 in Iitti you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
