This semidetached house located in a silent place in Vuokatti. Completed in 2010. Living area 114 m²; combined living room & kitchen, sauna (electric heating), washroom with two showers and toilet. 4 bedrooms: three bedrooms with twinbed and one bedrooms with separate beds. Two extra beds in bedrooms and one sofabed (140 cm) for 1-2 pers, total bed places for 10+2. Shower/toilet also on the 2nd floor.
4 x Tv. Air conditioning. Open terrace and storage for skies. 4 x Car heating plugs.
For a baby: high chair and travel bed, also the child safety gates on the stairs.
Terrace with furnitures and barbeque use on summertime. Vuokatti ski slope 3.5 km, Sotkamo 9 km, Hiukka beach 9 km (in Sotkamo), nearest lake 1 km. Kajaani 30 km, cross country track 150 m. Holiday Club Katinkulta / spa 5 km.
Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. NOTE: Price NOT inc. final cleaning. Price NOT inc. linen (sheets and towels). Bed linen and final cleaning is booked in advance at extra price. Pets NOT allowed.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
