Log chalet 2004, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 beds, a loft with 2 mattresses, sauna (electric stove), bathroom, terrace.
The villa has genuine green plants.
The price of charging the electric car is to be agreed separately with the owner (16 A plug, red “construction site plug”).
Cosy cottage beside a large waterway. The beach area has a water garden with plantings. A gas grill and site for a campfire on the shore. A sandy public beach at 1,2 km. Internet connection (4G Wi-Fi) and DNA TV-hub (Android TV) in the cottage.
For fishers:
Excellent fishing lakes and rapids in the nearby area. Iivantiira Lake is renowned walleye trolling water.
