Cozy and spacious leisure destination designed by an architect. Located by the pond Polkulampi near the services of Saarijärvi city center. Sunny and spacious plot offers good facilities for your holiday. The destination can accommodate up to 8 people. If you want some activities, the owner has canoes for rent. The owner can arrange guided canoe trips as well. There is a wilderness-style smoke sauna on the plot. It is available for rent as pre-heated (heating takes about 6 hours). Please ask details from the owner.

70 km to the northwest from Jyväskylä, pond Polkulampi 50 m, shallow sanded beach, own pier, rowing boat and one canoe.
Brick-built leisure home (1995), renovated and expanded in 2008, garage/car shelter, separate sauna by the pond. Spacious living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 WCs, indoor sauna (wood-burning sauna stove), shower in washroom, four bedrooms, master bedroom has own fireplace and some exercise equipment. Master bedroom: double bed 180 x 210 cm, bedroom 2: two 80 x 200 cm beds, bedroom 3: 120 x 200 cm bed, bedroom 4: 120 x 200 cm bed. There is also two high-quality transferable/foldable extra beds available.

Sauna by the pond (electrified): wood-burning sauna stove (please note, that one-time heated sauna stove is not in use). Garage and carport in the yard. The garage is not available for the tenant. The carport is available.

The owner may visit the garage or pick up or bring a canoe trailer during the holiday. Smoke sauna, rental canoes or guided canoe trips can be booked directly from the owner.

This destination is only available for peaceful holiday use, not for parties. Cozy leisure destination in a very peaceful location, at the end of the road. Nearest neighbor within 90 m distance. Services of Saarijärvi city are within 3,5 km distance. Pyhä-Häkki National Park 22 km, Piispala camping center 38 km. Activity Park Veijari 10 km, Stone Age Village 12 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 50 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Polkurinne in Saarijärvi you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
