The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Homely Leponiemi is well suited for families with children as well as work groups.

70 km from Jyväskylä, lake Saarijärvi 80 m (length 8.5 km, width 3.5 km), shallow sand beach, deeper mud bottom, pier. Plaster-coated, three stairs holiday apartment (1958), interior walls mainly renovated.

Living room with sofa bed (140x200 cm bed for one), another living room with spreadable wooden sofa (160x200 cm, bed for 2), two bedrooms, one with double bed and an extendable baby cot, another with two beds. The kitchen has a dining group for six people, dishwasher and other standard kitchen equipment. Iron and ironing board. Glazed porch at the entrance.

In the basement there is also fireplace room, washroom and sauna room (electric sauna stove), office room with electrically adjustable desk. 4G available on request. The basement floor has underfloor heating. Stairs leading there are steep. There is a child gate at the top of the basement stairs.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee, payment per pet (maximum 2 pets). Please bring your pet's own food and drink cups and sleeping pads. Pets are not allowed on the beds/sofa.

In a summertime, one sup-board for use.
Hot tub available for rent, ask for the owner. Price, depending on the season, is 150-300€/week. Sunny, long and narrow plot, which is mainly lawn. Flat yard, sloping terrain, rather steep stairs to the shore. The sand beach is child-friendly.

One toilet is on the middle floor, the other on the upper floor.

Here are some distances to the destinations: Julmatlammit 5 km, Pyhä-Häkki national park 25 km, amusement park Puuhapuisto Veijari 1.4 km, Stone Age village 14 km, ski resort Paavonrinteet 9 km, the most widely-known auction in Finland (Aki Palsanmäki) 41 km, fishing rapids of Saarijärvi water system also nearby (for example, Riekonkoski 9 km). In winter, a ski trail on the ice of the lake and a children's ski trail near the cottage.

There is a lake/open water less than 80 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Leponiemi in Saarijärvi you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
