General

This holiday home for 8 persons has four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

80 km to the north from Jyväskylä, lake Keitele 40 m, shallow, hard and sandy bottom, own rowing boat.

Wooden building 1993 (extended 2002, inner walls renovated 2018), living room with heat reserving fireplace and air source heat pump, spacious living room/kitchen with dinette for six, bedroom 1: double bed and cot, bedroom 2: bed (80x200 cm) and bunk bed (80x200 cm mattresses), bedroom 3: one 90 cm bed, bedroom 4: 2 separate beds ( 80 x 200 cm). Washroom, sauna (wood heated sauna stove), separate WC, spacious lobby with wardrobe plus "small lobby for muddy shoes", entrance to this space from the cabin’s backyard.

Lakeside sauna available is summer time (1.5. - 30.9.). Use of the sauna in winter is possible depending on the weather conditions, please ask the owner. Water to sauna must be brought by using bucket. Grill hut, garden-shed.

There is а spacious car shelter for two cars in the yard.

Kennel for two dogs in the yard. Doghouse can be warmed during winter if necessary. Extra charge for pets.

Internet (fiber optic connection via WiFi). This destination includes multiple buildings in a sunny and spacious plot. Grassed plot where is a gentle slope to the lake shore.

You can rent motor boat (9,9 hp), two bikes and kicksleds from the owner by separate agreement / price.

There is a lake/open water less than 40 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Ranta-heikkilä in Konnevesi you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
