General

The holiday home for 12 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

The hot tub located in the yard, is available for rent for 7 people. Guests also have access to the volleyball court.

85 km to the west of Jyväskylä, Lake Alasenjärvi 25 m (length 1.6 km, width 350 m), shallow, hard, sandy beach and private boat. Log villa, built in 2008, features a living room with a large corner sofa set, flat-screen TV, and dining area with dining group for ten people. The kitchen is equipped with amenities such as an ice maker and a ceramic stove with an oven. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds. Separate WC, washroom with 2 showers, sauna (electric sauna stove), and 32 m² wide terrace. Stone-built floors with underfloor heating and an air source heat pump for cooling/heating.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds. Additionally, there are 2 beds in the lobby. The lobby also has a sofa, flat-screen TV, and a separate WC. The upper floor also includes a 24 m² wide balcony with a ping pong table. Lake Alasenjärvi has fish species like whitefish, pike, perch, and vendace. There is a river in its natural state flowing from Lake Alasenjärvi to the bigger Lake Keurusselkä, offering nice opportunities for canoeing or
rowing.

Keuruu 25 km, Haapamäki 10 km, Moksunniemi Golf and Ähtäri Zoo 45 km, snowmobile trail network 8 km.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
