13 km to the south of Mänttä-Vilppula Art town, lake Kuorevesi 40 m (width approx. 2 km, length approx. 12 km), hard, gently sloping sanded beach, dock and boat.
Spacious two-story log house 2017, downstairs vestibule, hallway, technical space, big living room with dining area, separate toilet, well equipped kitchen (access to the terrace), utility room, washroom with toilet, sauna (electricity), bedroom with double bed (access to the terrace), bedroom with 2 beds, 2 terraces.
Upstairs stairs, living room with TV, bedroom with double bed (access to balcony), bedroom with 2 beds.
In the house, mechanical ventilation, central vacuum cleaner and downstairs underfloor heating (geothermal heating).
Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers
Bookings end no later than 12 noon on the day of departure, including weekend bookings. The cottage is located on a plot which has pine wood. Natural state yard area.
Good fishing possibilities in the lake (eg. pike-perch and whitefish), also berry and mushroom areas nearby, a quiet vacation place.
Mänttä-Vilppula art city attractions and services only 13 km away. For example famous Serlachius museums, riding school, frisbee golf.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
