In a landscape of rolling hills, wooded glens, orchards, hop fields and vineyards, this 3 bedroom cottage is located in Brookland (Romney Marsh). The cottage is suitable for a small family or group.
Brookland is located on the Romney Marsh about five miles west of New Romney and is a sparsely populated wetland area. A trip to the beach at 10 km is an absolute must. You can also take a trip to London, 122 km away. Restaurants and supermarkets are within 7 km. The nightlife is cozy at 11 km. Excursions to Hastings or Bexhill-on-Sea, two major towns on the south east coast of England, are excellent.
The cottage is spacious, fully equipped and suitable for 6 people. You have a double bed with en-suite bathroom and 4 single beds so everyone can sleep comfortably. There is an open equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite recipes. With garden furniture you can relax outside. The 2nd bathroom has a bath with shower.
The area is well connected. The train station is 11 km away and the airport is 117 km away.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
