Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: (open staircase) living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table, digital TV and electric heating. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). 2nd upper floor: (open staircase), 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (135 cm, length 190 cm) with bath/shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Traditional Cornish fishermans Cottage, in a wonderful beachside location. Please note steep internal stairs.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
