"The Arthouse", 4-room house on 4 levels. Bright, modern and stylish furnishings: entrance hall. Playroom. Upper floor: open living/dining room with TV, flat screen and electric heating. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine). 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 bed. Bath/shower/WC. 3nd upper floor: large, 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and bath/shower/WC. Small balcony. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi). Suitable for families. Please note bedroom 1 is a Super King bed, can be made up as a twin room upon request.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
