Detailed information
Well-appointed holiday home from 2020 with whirlpool, sauna and activity room located in Marielyst, which has one of Denmark's best beaches. In the spacious activity room there are all opportunities to challenge each other in table tennis, billiards, table football and darts for many hours. The house is extremely spacious and well-dimensioned for several families with five bedrooms as well as a loft and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with whirlpool and sauna. On the loft there is a cozy space with TV for PlayStation 3. Living room and kitchen with modern furniture as well as wood burning stove, fiber network and TV with international channels. Kitchen with ceramic hobs, 2 x refrigerators with 2 x freezers, microwave, and dishwasher etc. Washer and dryer in the house. We are thinking of the small guests with a cot and high chair and outdoors you will find a swing, play tower and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). Lovely place in the garden with lots of cozy places around. Large terrace area of 160m2 around almost the entire house, where you can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers and barbecue in the evening. The plot is fenced. Not for rent to youth and artisan groups. Free access to Falster swimming center.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
