At Yderby Lyng you will find this cottage with outdoor whirlpool located in the 1st row with views of dunes and sea. The location is absolutely fantastic in relation to the sea view and not least the most beautiful sunsets from the first floor. The beach is 50 meters from the house and in the period approx. June 1 -31. August is just 200 meters to the area's only jetty. Kitesurfing or coastal fishing is also an activity option just 50 meters from the house. There is an outdoor shower by the house in the period approx. May 1 - November 1. There is an open kitchen in connection with a bright dining room and living room. From the living room there is access to the plot and the large, covered terrace, where all the day's meals can be eaten. You can enjoy the view of the water from the whirlpool, lie on one of the four solar carts or compete in one of the house's activities. The location of the house allows you to enjoy a completely amazing starry sky when the weather is clear. Four bedrooms with each sleeping two. From the master bedroom there is a view of the water and access to the covered terrace. The house has 2 bathrooms and a separate utility room with washing machine and sink. For entertainment are table tennis table, PlayStation4 and outdoors you will find football goals and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
