The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds, two double beds and four single folding beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player, a CD player, a stereo and a radio. In addition there is a billiard, a barbecue, a table tennis table and a sauna and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two baths or showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a stove and a stovetop.

Cottage with whirlpool, sauna and activity room located on a large plot down to a small lake with tables and benches around. One of the two bathrooms has a whirlpool and direct access to the sauna. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. An air / water heat pump is also installed. The house's kitchen, entrance and bathrooms have tiled floors, and the living room and bedrooms have wooden floors. The large and open kitchen opens into the living room, where the large glass sections provide a bright and inviting space. In the living room there is a wood burning stove that spreads coziness on cooler days. The activity room forms the framework for activities for the whole family with i.a. billiards and table tennis. The house sleeps in four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and the other two have two single beds. In addition, the house has a good loft, which seats four people. There is also a TV on the loft. The address of the house is partially covered and allows for barbecue and shelter. For the children, there are on the ground several play equipment and in the summer also a trampoline (Use of this is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance). Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
