The holiday home for 14 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds, four single folding beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a game console, a DVD player, a stereo, a TV, a CD player and a heather. In addition there is a football table, a billiard, a barbecue, a table tennis table and a sauna and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with two baths or showers and a toilet.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stovetop, a stove, a coffee maker and a microwave.

Detailed information

Skanlux holiday cottage with an extra large activity room and a lot of activities. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one of which has a 4-6 person whirlpool and sauna. There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms. In the 35 m² large activity room you can get a good game of billiards and then a game of table tennis or table football and a game of darts. There are DVD and PlayStation and cable TV. The crackling fire from the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed indoors. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances. The house is equipped with a cot and high chair, and outdoors there are swings and a play set. The plot is approx. 1756 m², so there is plenty of room for the children to play. Moreover, there are 124 m² terrace and 18 m² covered terrace for barbecues and sunbathing and relaxation. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning deviate from the normal listed price. No letting to youth groups. NOTE: Mini break in E season cannot be booked until 28 days before arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
