Holiday cottage with swimming pool and activities with a large activity room where you can have a good game on the pool table and then a game of table tennis, table football, and watch TV with about 75 channels etc. The house is equipped with a cot and high chair and outdoors there are swings. 4 bathrooms, of course there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The pool is 28 m² and with a slide for the kids they can only be excited about. Here you can improve your fitness with many daily strokes combined with pure relaxation in the 4-6 person large whirlpool and the sauna is also in the pool room. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything in contemporary style requirements. The plot is 3100 m² so there is plenty of room to play ball games or the like. 200 m² terrace for barbecues and sunbathing and relaxation and 24 m² covered terrace. Final cleaning is included in the booking price from 13.10-2021. Bookings made prior to this date do not have final cleaning included in the price and must be ordered at the caretaker. No letting to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
