This has a lovely village atmosphere with no traffic, and children can safely run around. The house is connected to another house. The architect has designed the house in a modern style. The kitchen is a HTH kitchen. Buy fresh fish in the harbour. There is a 22 acres common area that includes playground, activity centre, badminton, table tennis, petanque court, fireplace, pedal cars and much more. You can also rent bikes. The location of the house provides a cosy village atmosphere free from annoying traffic, and children can move safely.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
