A very well maintained cottage with whirlpool and sauna from 1996, renovated in 2012 located only approx. 100 m from one of Funen's absolute best beaches. The cottage has a large wooden terrace with good garden furniture and a beautiful view of the natural area. There are three bedrooms and an extremely well equipped kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom you will find a whirlpool and sauna as well as a washing machine. The house has solar energy. From the living room / living room, where there is Smart TV, there is direct access to the terrace. Furthermore, there is an enclosed patio, with the possibility of covering, just as there is also an outside shower with solar heated water. Not for rent to youth and artisan groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
