Well-kept and bright holiday cottage with swimming pool and whirlpool located just approx. 10 minutes walk from the activity area in Jegum Ferieland. The decor of the house makes it suitable for 1 to 2 families sharing as there are various outdoor toys, sauna, 6 person outdoor whirlpool and a 22 m² large swimming pool. The house has a good layout with open concept living and dining room in open connection to the well-equipped kitchen. From the living room you have views of and access to the garden and the terrace which is surrounded by a 1 m tall wall. You can observe the children playing in the pool from the dining area and the kitchen. International TV channels, satellite dish, cable-TV, DVD player, wood-burning stove and energy-efficient heat pumps for both the large living room but also for the pool. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cubicles and 5 bedrooms. There are charging sockets for electric car Type 2 - IEC 62196-2 - bring your own socket.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
