The holiday home for 18 persons has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and 14 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a radio, a CD player, a stereo, a game console and a DVD player. In addition there is a billiard, a table tennis table, a set of garden furniture, a football table, a terrace, a sauna and a swimming pool and there are two barbecues. The badroom is equipped with three baths or showers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a playground equipment and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a microwave.

NO YOUTH GROUPS - This luxury cottage for 18 people is perfect for the large family or several families who want to holiday under one roof. The cottage is located in the scenic area, Houstrup Strand, which is known for having a child-friendly beach. Here you live not far from West Jutland's many fun attractions and holiday home areas that exude cosiness and Danish holiday home atmosphere. The cottage has an indoor pool (18 m2), water slide and counter-current system. You can also relax in the bubbling hot tub or enjoy the heat of the sauna. The pool is of course heated and ready to jump in. Here you will also find an outdoor spa on the terrace. In this beautiful luxury cottage, it is possible to challenge each other in a game of billiards or table tennis. In the activity room there is also the opportunity to compete in a table football game and play PlayStation 4. From the bar in the corner, spectators can enjoy a cool drink. The kitchen-living room is cosily furnished with a sofa group in front of the television and a long dining table where there is room for everyone. The cottage also has a wood burning stove, which can warm on cool days. The kitchen is stylishly decorated and equipped so that a delicious meal can be cooked. The cottage has 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In addition, there are 4 sleeping places on the loft in the activity room (best for children and young people). If the sun is shining, you can enjoy the Danish summer on the terrace, where there is garden furniture and barbecue. The terrace is closed and partially covered, so it is also possible to sit in the shade or shelter. In the garden you will find both a swing set / play tower, a small sandbox and a buried trampoline. The garden is fenced around the whole plot. Outdoors you will also find a delicious whirlpool. Settlement of consumption and deposit is paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Deposit is DKK 6000.- Note!

There is a lake/open water less than 3 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 300 meter. You can also relax, because near BF-NJ9PG in Norre Nebel you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
