In Houstrup on a lovely large plot surrounded by trees is a beautiful idyllic stone cottage with a thatched roof. Around the cottage there is a tiled terrace, where there is both a small annex with sauna and bath and a really nice tool room. Two buildings that fit really well into the main house, and which help to create a really cozy patio environment with lots of nooks and crannies. The cottage is furnished with a huge living room with sloping ceilings, where both the kitchen and two sofa groups and a long dining table are located. A perfect space for the whole family, whether you want to enjoy games, cook or just enjoy the fire in the wood stove. From the room there is also both access to the terraces and stairs to the small living room on the first floor, from where you can both look down into the living room and beyond the area. An absolutely beautifully maintained cottage with white walls, bright kitchen and lovely bright bedrooms with brand new good mattresses from 2018. Situated on a lovely plot with many options. Free final cleaning!

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
