The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three bunk beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a radio. In addition there is a barbecue, a football table and a garden and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and a sit bath.

The holiday home has a fridge, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Detailed information

In Nordborg on the scenic island of Als you will find in this cottage with a view of Nordborg lake, which is located just approx. 300 from the cottage. There is also only 300m to popular golf course. In the cottage there are men's and women's golf sets. The cottage is furnished with a separate kitchen with extra chest freezer and separate dining table and living room in another room. The cottage is continuously renovated, most recently with a new floor in i.a. the living room. From the living room there is direct access to the covered terrace. The cottage is on two levels and in the basement of the cottage finds in one of the three bedrooms as well as a toilet. In the basement department is also a multifunction table with i.a. table football and from here there is a separate exit to the garden. The large and completely enclosed garden means that you, both with children and your possible four-legged friend, can feel safe. There is a sandbox for the little ones. There is internet for work as well as streaming and also a fine selection of TV channels for the late evening hours. The area invites for walks or short car rides to various sights and modern shopping, Danfoss Universe adventure park and restaurants nearby. The trade and port city of Sønderborg is also worth a visit with a large selection of restaurants and shopping shops. Not for rent to youth groups

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
