Holiday home located in Langeland's most famous holiday area by one of Denmark's best beaches. The house contains i.a. practical, open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, dining area with direct access to sun terrace with fireplace. Access to carport with shed containing chest freezer and the possibility to use the small outdoor kitchen / fish cleaning area. Living room with wood burning stove and comfortable leather furniture, TV, satellite dish, stereo with PlayStation and 2 DVD players. From the living room there is a view to the pool area with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and one of the house's 2 toilets / bath with washing machine and dryer. From the living room and pool area there is access to the terrace facing the large garden, where the smallest of the family can use the sandpit, swings and play tower, while the larger family members take a football match on the lawn. There is also a campfire site. Langeland is idyllic, which offers a lot of nature and small cozy villages such as. Rudkøbing with its small old houses and streets. The old Tranekær Castle is also worth a visit with its new attraction & quot; Landscape Sheet Park & quot ;. A little further away you will find H.C. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
