Detailed information
Well-appointed holiday cottage that offers everything the heart desires of activities. The large pool area features a large swimming pool with water slide and swim coach, sauna, shower and whirlpool. After a good and eventful day, it is nice to slip into the large whirlpool or get warm in the sauna. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you will find the activity room where you can play a game of darts or billiards at the pool table. Here you can also challenge each other in tennis or football games. Even stereo, PlayStation and flat-screen TV are installed in the activity room. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and built with separate sleeping quarters with a bathroom. The house has no doorsteps and have extra width of doors and rooms compared to traditional homes, giving ample space. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. Family-dining room is tastefully furnished with a stereo with CD player, flat screen TV, lounge area and wood-burning stove. Outdoors you will find a sandpit and swings for the children. Large, open terrace as well as a covered. The house is located on a large plot within walking distance of Henne Strand and just opposite a pay and play golf course. No letting to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
