Charming two-storey cottage in the perfect beach hotel style just 300 meters from the beach. The house, built in 1966, underwent a major renovation in the spring of 2020 and has been further modernized in 2021 since the photos were taken. In the 121 sqm large cottage, there is plenty of space for everyone. Very special is the heart room of the house with the large kitchen room with a cozy dining area in connection with a nice living room. The light flows into the living room from the large windows from three corners of the world, and here the view over the hilly dune plot can be enjoyed. The house is located high, and there is therefore a really nice view over a large part of the area, and from all the rooms on the first floor you have a beautiful sea view. There is a large, partially covered terrace around the house, with plenty of opportunities to find sun and shelter and where all kinds of outdoor life can be enjoyed. On the ground floor there is, in addition to the kitchen-living room, also a room and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a living room, two rooms and a brand new, large bathroom with 2 pers. Spa. The house naturally has both a newly installed wood stove and a new heat pump, which is both economical and energy efficient. Here you get, close to the beach, a newly renovated cottage with lots of charm and history in one of the most beautiful areas by Rindby Strand. Free final cleaning!

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
