At the top of the dunes is this lovely newly renovated cottage on a large natural plot in the dunes with beautiful views. The house has 3 good bedrooms, of which 2 with bed dimensions 200x140, and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200. The centrally located kitchen has open access to the dining room and living room, from which there is direct access to the lovely sun terrace. Nice large bathroom with shower and washing machine. A lovely cottage with all necessary facilities and space for outdoor activities. The cottage is located at the end of a cul de sac. It is heated with a heat pump that is both economical and energy-efficient. Free final cleaning!

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires.
