Renovated cottage in the attractive Helnæs Sommerland with sweeping ocean views. The house is approx. 350 m from the beach which offers many activities year round. During the summer season there is also a large jetty. The house is furnished with three bedrooms, bathroom and large combined kitchen/dining/living area. Both the living room and dining room has direct access to the terrace with a nice view of the water. Bright kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and 2 fridges with freezer compartments. The living room has a flat-screen TV, DVD player and stereo with CD player. Approx. 400 m to a launching place for your own boat.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
