Holiday cottage with views of both ocean and lake, one of the best views in the area. The house is an end house which provides peace and quiet. 1st floor has a balcony with views of the area and a small view of the ocean. Large, bright living/dining room with access to the terrace. The living room has TV with both Danish and German channels, DVD player and stereo system with CD player. Large well-equipped kitchen with dish washer, microwave and cooker hood. 3 bright bedrooms of which one of the bedrooms on 1st floor has a balcony with an amazing view of the area. Ground floor has bathroom with whirlpool for 2 persons as well as a sauna for 4 persons. The bathroom furthermore has underfloor heating, shower, washer and dryer. The common grounds have beach volley, football area and lawns for ball games. Free admittance to tennis court in the area.

            Payment terms and -periods

            A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
