The apartment is on the 1st floor and the apartment has access to both a morning terrace and an evening terrace, both with an incredible view. Ample space for 4 people with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two beds. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Combined living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has direct access to a covered balcony with sweeping views of the area. From here you can see the beautiful lakes that characterise the area. Living room with stereo with CD player, TV, cable TV systems with both Danish and German channels and DVD player. The kitchen has all the equipment you could want e.g. dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven. The area has swings and sandpits for children.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
