Holiday home approx. 500 m from the water at Skåstrup Strand. The swimming pool is 18 m & # 178; and with slide for the kids. The house has 5 bedrooms, all beds with box spring mattresses. In addition, large and spacious sleeping loft. In the well-thought-out kitchen is everything you need when cooking for the guests. The crackling fire from the stove can be enjoyed indoors for company. There are TVs in different departments as well as PlayStation4 and blu-ray and DVD player. Outdoors there is a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). Due to the size of the house, the price of cleaning at this Skanlux cottage differs from the normal list price. Settlement of consumption, cleaning and deposit is paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
