There are also views of a part of the port and not least of one of the best beaches in Denmark where the flat sandy beach and the small dunes are dominant. The apartment is located in one of the great characteristic "Skagen houses" approx. 10 m from a beautiful child-safe beach. Enjoy the view of the ocean from the large terrace and feel the unique atmosphere of the area and the quaint little fishing village. The apartment is located on both the first and 2 floor and is furnished with modern quality furniture. 1st floor has a combined living/dining room and modern kitchen, large bathroom with 2-person whirlpool and sauna for 4 people. The living room features a flat-screen TV with both Danish and German channels and a stereo with CD player. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with TV and DVD player. From all rooms there is a nice view of the area.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
