The house is well furnished with entrance hall, large bright living room with sloping ceilings, well equipped open kitchen with recessed dining area in glass bay window, 3 spacious rooms with access to terrace where there is room to enjoy the sun and barbecue evenings, bathroom with shower, 1 guest toilet both with underfloor heating. There is a playground approx. 100 m from the house. Close to train station with transport to Skagen and Frederikshavn. Bicycle path through dunes and forest to Skagen and Ålbæk. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
