Detailed information
Older cottage located approx. 500 meters from the fantastic Saltum Beach where there is room for ball games, kites etc. on the wide sandy beach. The cottage is located on a natural plot overgrown with mare straw and dune roses, and from the house you just need over 2 rows of dunes to stand on the beach. The house is personally furnished and furnished with an open kitchen in connection with the living room, where there is also a wood stove for extra coziness. Small toilet with sink in the house. Shower enclosure and hand basin are located in the annex adjacent to the terrace. There are three bedrooms, two of which are with a double bed and the last with a bunk bed, so there is plenty of space for the small family where nature and the proximity to the beach are highly valued. There are large terraces on 3 sides of the house, so there can always be a hiding place, and there is also a covered terrace with gas grill. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
