This well-appointed holiday home with sauna was built in 2021 and located in a relatively new holiday home area in Saltum. There is a nice terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity for i.a. sun or shade as well as always being able to find shelter and enjoy the scent from the grill. In connection with the house there is also an outdoor shower. The cottage is modernly furnished with open kitchen in connection with both dining area and TV area with Smart TV and game console. In the house you will also find an activity room with several different activities. There are no training machines here, but div. training equipment. There are two bathrooms. There is both a washer and dryer Energy-saving heat pump as well as heat in all floors. The cottage is located on a 2500 m2 large plot with ample opportunity for physical exercise and there are i.a. football goal. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
