The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, two single folding beds and two single beds. The house is modernly furnished with exclusive furniture in Danish style. There is a 55 & # 8221; Smart TV. From the living room there is access to the terrace from three places. The refrigerator is an American model with an ice dispenser. The house is top insulated and equipped with an air-to-air heat pump and wood stove, so small heating costs can be expected. The heat pump can also be used as air conditioning. Large open terrace area to the east, south and west, from here there is access to the outdoor hot tub, which is open from week 14 to week 42. The open terrace is furnished with i.a. 4 sun loungers and market parasol in addition to of course garden furniture in solid quality. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
