An inviting holiday cottage located in a scenic, peaceful area close to a lovely beach. The house, which is well-kept and continuously renovated, offers a large kitchen/family room with a dining section and access to the partly covered, south-facing terrace. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped. The extension of the house is unique in its architecture and has 3 spacious bedrooms. Children can use the swings and sandbox, and there is plenty of space for them to play on the plot. On cool days you can relax in front of the bonfire pit outdoors and in front of the wood-burning stove in the living room.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
