New renovated (2021) cottage with, among others. pool, spa and sauna. This spacious holiday home is located undisturbed in a quiet holiday home area in Lønstrup. The plot is 1500 m2, and the cottage has an open terrace to the south and west. The plot is an open natural plot and partly surrounded by planting. Around the house there are really nice opportunities for both sun and shelter. There is also plenty of opportunity for barbecues and lots of fun. The living room is in open connection with the kitchen. The kitchen has i.a. ny & # 160; Quooker faucet, which provides boiling water. The decor is furnished in Danish design and has a Danish cottage style. The living room has large windows, which ensure good light. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
