The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two bunk beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a CD player, two televisions and a radio. In addition there is a barbecue and a garden and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with two baths or showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Here is meticulous for every detail and holds all the possibilities for a good holiday at all times of the year. The cottage is well furnished in a modern style with a living room in open connection with the kitchen, four bedrooms and a loft. The living room contains both a sofa group with TV and a dining room. In the living room you will also find TV, Chromecast and TV with international channels. The kitchen is well equipped i.a. with modern induction hob. The well-equipped cottage has cheap heating via air / water heat pump and a cozy wood stove in the living room. There are BWT systems that soften all water and remove lime. Washer and dryer are in separate laundry room. There is an ironing board and an iron in the cottage. There are four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person. There are two good bathrooms, one with whirlpool for relaxation after an active day in the area. Throughout the house there is underfloor heating. There is a high chair and weekend bed. From the living room there is direct access to the large terrace area. Two terraces are covered and then there is a large, open terrace around most of the house. Here is always the opportunity to find sun or shade as well as ample opportunity for barbecue, relaxation and coziness. There is a lot of garden furniture. The plot is a flat cottage plot with lawn, and for the children there are set up swings and football goals. There is a charger for electric cars, but bring your own converter. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
