Fantastically located holiday home in beautiful Nr. Lyngby. There is a sauna and wilderness bath. The spacious living room and kitchen/dining room offer the most beautiful lake and sea view. The house is energy-saving and has both a wood-burning stove, underfloor heating and an air/water heat pump. The house's large ceiling-to-floor window sections make full use of daylight throughout the day and are also low energy. The decor is in a modern style. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things "boiling" tap and wine fridge. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which has direct access to its own bathroom and access to the terrace. From this room there is also a beautiful sea and lake view. The other 2 rooms share a bathroom, and one room also has access to a large terrace and a nice lake view. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
