The house has underfloor heating, which is heated with oil burner. There are 4 good terraces - a covered terrace with fireplace and 3 open terraces, so you can always find a place with shelter and enjoy the sun and the view of the water. In the summer there is an outdoor bath with cold and hot water in the shower as well as an outdoor kitchen and cleaning area for fish.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
