The cottage has a large and bright combined living / dining room with furniture of a good Danish quality and direct access to the terrace. The living room is i.a. equipped with TV, Blu-ray / DVD player, wood burning stove and stereo with CD player and high speed internet. There is underfloor heating in both the dining and living room. The house is equipped with an energy-friendly heating system via a solar panel and a heat exchanger system. Large bright kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, ceramic hob, Refrigerator and Samsung Dual-Cook convection oven. Three large bedrooms, all with double beds and closet space. Large bright bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The house has a large covered / open terrace with garden furniture as well as Weber gas grill and regular Weber grill. There is a direct private path from the house to the beach. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
