Velholdt sommerhus med spabad inde, og i 2024, ny og udvidet terrasse med tilhørende vildmarksbad beliggende ugenert i rolige, naturskønne omgivelser ca. 450 m fra hav og strand. Fra huset og vildmarksbadet er der skøn udsigt til Jyske Ås, ligesom områdets dyrevildt kan betragtes på tæt hold. Huset er opført i 2006 og indeholder stue i åben forbindelse med køkkenet, tre soveværelser og badeværelse med spabad. Der er gulvvarme i alle klinkegulve. Fra stue og grund er der lille havkig på en god dag. Møblementet er smagfuldt og moderne i kendt dansk sommerhusstil. Ejeren har med sikker hånd og sans for kvalitet indrettet rummene, således at ethvert ophold i huset er forbundet med velvære og afslapning. Samtidig er huset meget velholdt og udsmykningen afstemt efter indretningen. Der er både overdækket og åben terrasse mod øst, syd og vest. En del af terrassen er forsynet med halogenlys, hvilket giver ekstra gode muligheder for aftenhygge. Huset har en ny energibesparende luft-til-luft varmepumpe. Grunden er en plan naturgrund, som grænser op til storslået fredet naturareal omkranset af Jyske Ås. Til børnene er der opsat gynger og sandkasse. Under ophold på grunden kan I høre havets brusen. Udlejes ikke til ungdomsgrupper

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
